The form gives us enough context to discuss the type of property, investment framework and next steps without a generic sales presentation. There is no obligation attached to a first conversation.
Our fee is 2% of the apartment purchase price. A €1,000 advance is paid at the start of the engagement. It is credited toward the total fee. The remaining balance is paid when the reservation agreement for the selected property is signed.

How much capital do I need?
Most investments we coordinate fall between €200,000 and €1,000,000 in total invested capital, though the right figure depends on your objective and preferred area — see our location overview.
Do I own the apartment myself?
Yes. You acquire the property directly, in your own name or your own structure, and hold 100% of the title. We are not a co-investor.
What does the fee cover?
Search, analysis and acquisition coordination. A €1,000 advance is credited toward the total 2% fee, with the balance paid when the reservation agreement is signed. Full detail is on our pricing page.
