We begin with capital, objective, horizon and desired operational involvement.
Shortlisted apartments are assessed on one property-specific framework, with open questions made visible.
The investor buys the chosen apartment directly. This is not shared ownership or co-investment.

Fee
Our fee is 2% of the apartment purchase price.
50% is paid before the property search begins and the remaining 50% after the reservation agreement for the selected property is signed.
